Position Overview:
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our agency greeting clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor. You will handle administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, managing appointments, and organizing documents. We are looking for a proactive individual who can multitask effectively and maintain a high level of organization. As our Receptionist/Front Office Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations in our office and contributing to the overall success of the agency. Responsibilities Welcoming clients and visitors with a warm and friendly attitude. Handling incoming phone calls and transferring them to the appropriate staff members. Scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar. Maintaining an organized filing system for important documents and records. Assisting the team with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
