Office Assistant/Receptionist Precision Care Services, LLC Savannah, GA 31406 Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily office operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and providing excellent customer support. This position requires strong organizational skills, have the ability to manage various tasks effectively. Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day office operations and tasks. Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail. Maintain organized filing systems both physically and digitally. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution. Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow. Assist where you are needed and follow directions make errand runs and go out in the feild with clients if needed. Qualifications Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply for enhanced communication capabilities. Strong computer literacy with familiarity in office equipment (printers, copiers). Previous experience as a clerk or personal assistant is a plus. Must have a valid driver license.
