We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in customer service. This position requires computer literacy and the ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently. Qualifications Warm, friendly, outgoing personality Must have experience with multi-line phone system Prefer candidate be computer proficient including Word, Excel Familiarity with payment receipt ledger Basic math Must be organized and efficient Able to take direction Neat handwriting and pleasant speaking voice Dedicated and Reliable Must pass background check Open availability Duties Greet everyone with a smile and a cheerful voice Assist the full-time receptionist during busy periods Assist members and guests with registrations and payments Process payments for a variety of activities and events Answer, process and transfer phone calls in a professional and timely manner Learn all you can about the company so that you can knowledgeably answer questions Assure that all informational and registration paperwork is kept stocked and up-to-date Take member photos and fingerprints as needed Keep desk area clean and organized This position is perfect for retired or semi-retired individuals and also high school and college students who need a bit of extra income. It involves flexible hours and has the potential to grow. Evenings and holidays will be available to hired candidate.
