In the capacity as Receptionist you will be responsible for: Receiving incoming calls and assisting callers with any questions or comments Ensure Screening of staff/vendors/visitors Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Email Greeting families and visitors Filing, cash handling, sorting mail, operating various office machines, and performing other duties as assigned Setting up transportation for Dr appoinments, Dialysis, Etc.
