• help clients understand the benefits of regular massage, skin care and stretch
• establish relationships with members and guests
• connect clients with retail products to extend the positive impact of the services they receive
• promote the value of total body care

Your role is converting guest into members, retaining members, driving retail sales, and delivering an amazing experience.

This includes:

• providing outstanding customer service by answering phone calls, scheduling services, greeting clients, and maintaining a safe environment for everyone
• driving member retention
• the ability to multi-task
• selling retail products to guests, as well as commissions
• selling memberships by helping clients understand the benefits.
