Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, entry-level Showroom Reception & Administrative Assistant to join our team at Bedrock Countertops! No experience in countertops is required—we’ll train you on everything you need to know. This role is perfect for someone looking to start their career in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with room for growth.

Key Responsibilities Reception Duties:
Answering Calls:

Handling incoming calls from clients, answering questions about countertop materials, services, and availability, and directing calls to the appropriate team members.

Greeting Clients:

Welcoming visitors to the showroom with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing a great first impression of the company.

Client Assistance:

Assisting clients with inquiries about different countertop options, pricing, and design ideas, helping them feel informed and confident in their choices.

Showroom Assistance:
Product Guidance:

Helping clients explore a variety of countertop materials (granite, quartz, marble, etc.), finishes, and colors, offering expert guidance based on their preferences and needs.

Showroom Organization:

Ensuring the showroom is tidy, dust-free, and fully stocked with countertop samples, brochures, and display materials.

Client Consultation:

Assisting clients in selecting the right materials for their countertops by explaining the benefits and features of each stone type, and suggesting design ideas that fit their vision.

Administrative Support:
Contract Handling:

Assisting with the preparation, distribution, and follow-up of contracts, ensuring that all details are confirmed and signed by clients.

Data Entry & CRM Management:

Inputting client details and project information into the CRM, keeping records updated and ensuring timely follow-ups for contract completion and payments.

Invoicing & Payments:

Assisting in the preparation of invoices for completed projects, processing payments, and managing client transactions related to countertop installations.

Light Cleaning & Showroom Maintenance:
Showroom Tidiness:

Regularly cleaning and maintaining the showroom, ensuring countertop displays are clean, organized, and presentable.

Inventory Checks:

Assisting with monitoring the inventory of countertop materials and related products, ensuring display samples are up to date and replenished as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients over the phone and in-person. Basic knowledge of countertop materials and trends (granite, quartz, marble, etc.) is a plus. Attention to detail for accurate contract handling, invoicing, and showroom organization. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic showroom environment. Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for customer service and helping clients make informed decisions.
