Position Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage the front desk area and ensure it remains tidy and organized
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Position Essential Job Functions - Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Position Skills - 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
