Sundays 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with occasional fill-in shifts and more hours during school holidays). Must be available to work full time between July 29 until August 17.

Role:

We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our high end upscale nail salon team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and professional experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism Schedule and manage appointments using our booking system Greet and check in customers upon arrival Provide drinks and refreshments to customers Manage the checkout process including handling payments and rebooking Monitor and manage technician turn rotation to ensure timely service Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual, especially on Sundays Basic computer and phone handling skills Positive attitude and professional appearance Knowledge of nail services or salon operations is a plus

Schedule Details:
