Receptionist Job Duties May Include:

Be first point of contact and greet guests
Process customer inquiries in-person, by phone, or email
Complete tasks in a timely manner
Answer multiple phone lines
Escalate issues to the designated resource

Receptionist Preferred Skills Include:

Recent experience in a receptionist position
Possess strong multitasking and organization skills
Must have a customer service mindset
Must work well under pressure
Willing to crosstrain when needed

Receptionist Requirements Include:

Previous experience in related field.
Able to provide 2 professional references.
Able to provide up-to-date resume.
Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
Willingness to complete assessments if needed.
