Responsibilities Greet clients and their pets warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services and appointments. Schedule and confirm appointments for grooming appointments and other related services. Maintain accurate records of client information and pet vaccinations. Assist with light administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence. Provide information on pet care services and products available at our facility. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times. Collaborate with groomers and other staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Experience Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service role is highly desirable. Familiarity with pet grooming is preferred.
