Applicant must have previous experience working in a veterinary hospital. Job duties include but are not limited to: greeting clients, answering phones, making appointments, processing payments, and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. Along with helpings veterinarians with daily appointments and treatments. We are looking for someone who is hard working, detail-oriented, has a positive attitude, and is able to multi-task. Must be able to communicate well with others and work as part of a team. Pay based on experience. Please provide resume and references. Summary As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service while managing the front desk operations of our animal hospital. Your core skills in veterinary experience and animal handling will enable you to assist clients effectively and ensure the well-being of pets. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will utilize your knowledge of veterinary terminology and pet care to facilitate appointments and manage medical records. Your premium skills in medical collection and laboratory experience will further enhance our team’s efficiency, making you a vital contributor to our compassionate care environment.
