Role:
As a Veterinary Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and their beloved pets.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting clients and checking in/out appointments Answering phone calls, scheduling, and confirming appointments Managing client records and processing payments Communicating clearly and kindly with clients and team members Assisting with general administrative tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly
Who We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting is a huge plus Must be highly dependable, organized , and able to multitask under pressure Strong communication and customer service skills are essential Must be available for a full-time schedule (some Saturdays required) Current college students will not be considered for this position Why Join Us?
