Weissman PC, a dynamic mid-size law firm based in Atlanta, is looking for a Closing Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our Peachtree City office. This job share position will be two days per week, with days rotated between two team members to ensure full coverage and flexibility. What You’ll Do:
Receive and direct calls, agents, buyers, sellers, and vendors with the utmost warmth and professionalism. Assist attorneys and staff, ensuring confidentiality of client and firm matters. Prepare and manage documents for real estate closings and support the team in any way necessary to ensure the best client experience possible. Maintain a neat and organized reception area and lobby, ensuring a welcoming environment. Exemplify excellent customer service in all interactions, ensuring client satisfaction. High school diploma or equivalent. At least six months of experience in a similar role. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and courteously. Proficiency in managing a busy switchboard. Working knowledge Microsoft Word and Excel. Closing software experience helpful but not necessary. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to handle high volumes of calls and visitors with a calm, helpful and professional demeanor.
