Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management :
Greet and welcome guests, manage visitor access, and ensure the reception area is presentable.
Coordination :
Direct visitors, coordinate front-desk activities, and manage phone calls.
Security and Safety :
Maintain office security through procedures, control access, and distribute visitor badges.
Scheduling and Administrative Support :
Update calendars, schedule meetings, perform office administrative tasks, and handle office supply orders.
Skills Required:
Experience :
Minimum of two years in a similar role.
Technical Proficiency :
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace applications.
Communication :
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
Organizational Ability :
Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
Customer Service :
A positive attitude towards customer service and the ability to handle issues proactively.
Additional Details:
Compensation :
$20-$25/hr based on experience.
Work Schedule :
Flexible, with options from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The role emphasizes a pleasant personality, multitasking ability, and stress management as key to success in the position. SAP experience is preferred but not required. 9912060
