This position will be mainly for our Advanced SkinCare Center, the aesthetic side of Dermatology Center of Atlanta, with the opportunity to float to other front desk positions for the appropriate candidate. Our office appreciates professionalism, embraces excellence and believes in delivering the highest level of service to patients. Our ideal candidate should be highly professional, with excellent communication skills and have at least 2 years of experience in medical office check-in, check-out and/or scheduling experience. High-end retail experience is a plus. They should understand customer service at the highest level, be friendly and outgoing, be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and be able to represent DCA’s brand of outstanding service and education. Must have a genuine interest in helping others and in cosmetic dermatology.

Responsibilities include:
  • Check-In patients and ensure appropriate demographics are entered correctly in our practice management system (Intergy/Clearwave).
  • Collect fees and enter charges and adjustments into our practice management system.
  • Familiarity with Alle is a plus.
  • Accurately schedule appointments and follow-ups.
  • Balance daily journal of transactions.
  • Provide patients outstanding education and assist patients in selecting aesthetic procedures and skin care products.
  • Assist with numbing patients prior to procedures.
  • Excellent phone presence and highest-level customer service skills are imperative.
  • Able to communicate office and financial policies.
  • Familiar with HIPAA Privacy and Security Standards.
  • Other administrative duties, as assigned.
  • Opportunity to cross-train to other front office positions, if desired.

Pay is excellent and based on experience.
