Intake Receptionist/Guest Engagement Manager (GEM) Attento Counseling Practice Alpharetta, GA Job Details Part-time $20 – $22 an hour 15 hours ago Benefits On-the-job training Qualifications Insurance verification Customer service Medical office experience Entry level Full Job Description The Intake Receptionist/Guest Engagement Manager (GEM) position at Attento Counseling functions as the first interaction for prospective clients who are seeking mental health counseling. As the point of first contact, the GEM represents the face of the organization in terms of support and access to quality therapeutic services. The position is an In-Office position that combines director and administrative support as well as incoming call/e-mail request management. The position is vital to the operation of our Attento Practice office serving 800-1000 clients per week. We are looking for a highly motivated and positive “team oriented” individual who is extremely organized, detail oriented, and thrives in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.

Requirements:

Passion for positive approach to client care and services Self-motivated individual who can work effectively with Practice Directors, staff and the Attento Leadership Team and can be a real contributor to the success of the Practice Willingness/Ability to utilize technology driven resources – training to be provided. Understands and embraces the concept of “Owning the Look and Function” of a therapy office focused on premium care both in terms of client support and professional appearance/readiness of the office space Applicant has the unique ability to multi-task and be self directed, defined as: 1. Being Flexible & Adaptable 2. Raising the Bar of Service Expectations for All Staff and Clients 3. Demonstrating Professionalism and Integrity. 4. Possessing a “Make it Happen/Problem Solving” Attitude 5. Accepts the key role of facilitating teamwork in the Office. 6. The keeper of all site specific knowledge.

Therapy Office Administrative Specialist Job Duties:

New client intakes/Insurance verification/Enrollment fee collection/Scheduling appointments Physical Office Management (the look and feel of the office) Weekly team meeting attendance Daily communication with clinicians, directors, leadership team, and most importantly our clients Office supply management Site-based HIPAA compliance monitoring Office Security and Safety Protocols Owns and executes administrative responsibilities under the direction of site Director What we offer:

Hourly Pay:

$20.00-$22.00/hour

Weekly Hours:

30-35 per week (some flexibility available)

Monthly Team Bonus Program:

Average of $275/month, based on intake quality, client enrollment goals, and team performance.

Quarterly Performance Bonuses:

Awarded on a quarterly basis for exceptional performance and contribution to practice success.
