Weekend and Holiday Receptionist Works Monday thru Friday from 4 pm to 9 pm (may need to stay late) Works Saturday from 9 am to 9 pm as needed. Works Sunday 11am- 7pm as needed. Works on some Holidays ( Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day ) Responsibilities of the job Greet customers on the phone and when they arrive at the dealership Screen phone calls and transfer to appropriate extension Take and relay messages Responsible for receiving money in the form of cash, check or credit card and creating customer receipt Perform other clerical receptionist duties Dress professionally. ( uniform blouse will be provided) Flexible to cover other shifts as needed Required job experience: preferred (i.e phone experience/customer service/front desk experience) Necessary skills: Basic computer skills
