Job Description
Bishops Cuts/Color Chamblee is currently seeking a salon receptionist with exceptional customer service skills and a strong ability to multitask. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and able to efficiently manage the day-to-day operations of a busy salon.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients both in person and over the phone in a friendly and professional mannerManage the client sign-in process and operate the point of sale systemPerform various cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized salon environmentAssist with client callbacks and follow-upsExceed customer service expectations at all times
Minimum Qualifications:
