As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Your role will be essential in creating a positive first impression while handling day-to-day administrative tasks that support the smooth operation of the office. Duties Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner. Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel. Provide basic information to visitors and clients Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members. Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies. Assist with QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks, including invoicing and payment processing. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Qualifications Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role is preferred. Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus. Experience with phone systems and customer support is essential. Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively. A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
