Compensation Dependent on Experience employment type: experience level: entry level job title: Receptionist Newco Construction is seeking a professional, friendly receptionist to represent our team and serve as the first point of contact for deliveries and visitors at our office. This position is located at our headquarters in Roswell, GA and office hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Key responsibilities for this person include greeting visitors, answering and transferring phone calls, administrative tasks and filing, and managing our incoming and outgoing mail. Requirements for the ideal candidate include:
- Professional demeanor
- Two years of relevant work experience
- Familiarity with basic office software including Microsoft Office
- Ability to operate scanners, copiers and printers Key duties and responsibilities:
- Answer and direct all phone calls
- Greet all office guests
- Manage, clean and organize the front desk
- Filing of Job paperwork
- Stock the copier, snacks, supplies, and lounge
- Collect and sort all mail and packages
- Provide administrative support to all team members as necessary
- Decorate the office for holidays
- Support the Company Executives Principals only.
