We bring you Tomorrow’s opportunity, Today. Volt is immediately hiring a Receptionist in ALPHARETTA, Georgia 30004 As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for Setting up conference rooms for meetings, sometimes around 5 different set-ups per day.

Other tasks will include delivering packages if needed, walking the building to ensure everything appears as it should, and providing customer support.

The managers are looking for someone with good customer service skills and who can handle the physical needs of moving chairs and tables.

Ability to work as a team member in balancing workloads and pending tasks that need to be completed within a given timeline. PC Literate. Basic office skills, creating reports, filling out forms, tracking invoices/work orders etcHigh School Diploma or equivalent is required This is a Full-time, contract opportunity..

Shift :

8 am•5 pm(Monday•Friday)

Pay:
