What We Expect We are looking for a dynamic and professional Front Desk Customer Service individual. The ideal candidate will have a positive and outgoing attitude, excellent customer service skills, possess integrity, excellent moral standards, high work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while also being in a team environment. In turn, you will be provided with flexible working hours, state-of-the-art equipment and facility, and a supportive team, managers, and members. This is an onsite-only and commission-based position. Key Responsibilities As a Front Desk Customer Service member at Dunwoody Country Club, you will: Acknowledge members/guests and meet or exceed their expectations. Have an acute awareness of all table flow and timing throughout one’s shift. Foresee and troubleshoot problems before they occur. Efficiently serve food and drinks in a friendly and courteous manner. To follow the service sequence and standards of the club, according to the training manual (perfect service map). Take food and beverage orders and be able to communicate both verbally and in writing the content of the orders with co-workers; taking to-go orders via phone when needed. Understand and repeat preparation and service of food and beverage menu items. Knowledgeable of all food and alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverage service methods employed at the Club. Stock and maintain service stations and/or assigned area with silverware, china, sugar, creamers, tea box, iced tea and coffee, etc. as described in the station setup sheet. Polish and set silverware, glasses, base plates and china according to club standards. Fold napkins, polish brass and silver items, manicure tables and environment. Seat guests in the absence of the host/manager. Attend pre-service training (line-up meeting). Adherence to Club’s uniform and grooming policy. Perform other appropriate duties as assigned by manager on duty. Additional Information This is an on-site, commission-based position with flexible hours. Reliable transportation is essential.
