Director of First Impressions/Receptionist Keller Williams Atlanta Partners Realty – Sugarloaf Duluth, GA 30097 Keller Williams Atlanta Realty Partners Sugarloaf , is seeking to hire an incredibly organized & radiantly positive individual to join our leadership team to serve as the Director of First Impressions. Our ideal servant leader is highly customer service oriented and enjoys interacting with others to create a welcoming environment that engages associates, clients and visitors alike. This leader is comfortable working in a fast paced environment with the ability to multi-task with a strong sense of emotional intelligence. You will be responsible for all organization of “front of house” administrative functions to maintain a culture of productivity.
Responsibilities:
Welcome all agents, clients and visitors Social media posts, assisting the staff with day to day needs Pick up the phone & call an agent for information, when needed Answer & direct all incoming calls Update and process information in the MLS systems as needed for agents Drive associate Recognition & Engagement Maintain a high degree of interpersonal communication skills with associates, vendors, and clients via phone, email, text and other means of communication Coordinating & scheduling office/conference room usage Maintaining & upholding the office environment & cafe for appearance Sorts Mail/Maintain the Mail Folders for agents and Staff Triage Agents Needs to the correct Staff members Set up & takedown for events hosted within the office Be familiar with company policy and procedures; and communicate them to new hires in an accurate, timely, and concise manner. Oversee additional administrative tasks as assigned or needed Knowledge and Skill Set High School graduate or above Strong written and verbal communication skills Google Suite proficient (Email, Calendar, Drive, etc) Technologically proficient Basic social media skills Task-Oriented Teachable Team Oriented Bilingual preferred, but not required
