Job Overview:
We are seeking a professional, reliable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our office. This individual will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing multi-line phone systems, handling general office duties, and ensuring that all customer and client interactions are handled efficiently and with a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly, professional manner Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and ordering office supplies Maintain a clean and organized reception area Provide support to other departments as needed
Qualifications:
1-2 years of receptionist or front desk experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and manage a busy front desk environment Professional appearance and demeanor
