Summary:

M&DK Contractors is looking for a Spanish Bilingual professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our Administrative team. You’ll welcome clients and visitors, answer phone calls and emails, make hotel reservations, and assist us with other administrative duties as needed. The ideal candidate is a great communicator with a strong work ethic who is interested in a meaningful role in a supportive team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Oversees telephone services, email correspondence, and mail/misc. distribution.
  • Maintains an organized and clean office environment. Will ensure supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly and will maintain the office supplies inventory.
  • Coordinate schedule management for meetings, appointments, and events to optimize time efficiency. Including arranging and maintaining travel and transportation arrangements.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation to support daily operations.
  • Participates in department meetings and continually communicates a clear and consistent message regarding the Front Desk goals to produce desired results.
  • Supports with invoices, receipts for reimbursement, and payroll prep
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual ( English and Spanish ) is a Must.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience as a Front desk receptionist is preferred.
  • Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in using Microsoft software (word, excel, Outlook, etc.) and phone systems for effective communication and task management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and improving office processes.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:

$15.00 – $18.00 per hour
