Office Receptionist and Client Liason Job Title:
Office Receptionist & Client Liason (Full-Time, In-Office) We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Receptionist to join our team at Asegúrate con Claudia. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Perform various administrative tasks with speed and accuracy
- Act as a liaison between staff and clients, ensuring smooth communication
- Assist with basic customer inquiries and direct complex issues to appropriate staff members
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or similar role
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
