Office Receptionist and Client Liason Job Title:

Office Receptionist & Client Liason (Full-Time, In-Office) We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Receptionist to join our team at Asegúrate con Claudia. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and direct visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
  • Perform various administrative tasks with speed and accuracy
  • Act as a liaison between staff and clients, ensuring smooth communication
  • Assist with basic customer inquiries and direct complex issues to appropriate staff members
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or similar role
  • Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
