Role:
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our business. This role is key to keeping the front office running smoothly and ensuring every customer and guest has a professional first impression.
What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist customers and visitors in person and over the phone Schedule appointments and manage the service calendar Release vehicles from impound for our wrecker service in compliance with all procedures Handle incoming paperwork, data entry, and light invoicing Keep the front office clean, organized, and running efficiently Support the team with general clerical duties
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and customer service skills Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally Comfortable with basic computer use (experience with office or dispatch software is a plus) Previous front desk, office, or clerical experience preferred Why Join Us?
