ASAP About Us The Diversion Center is a court-approved outpatient treatment facility providing court-mandated classes, evaluations, and supportive services. We’ve proudly served the community for over 13 years. Our mission is to empower individuals through accountability, education, and personal growth. Position Overview We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Receptionist to join our Duluth office. This is a front-facing role where you’ll interact directly with clients who are mandated by the courts or employers to receive services. You’ll play a critical role in helping clients feel supported and ensuring our office runs smoothly. You must be comfortable working with court-mandated individuals and conducting client drug testing. Key Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and compassion Answer phone calls, manage voicemails, and schedule appointments Register clients for classes and maintain accurate records Performclient drug testing according to protocol and document results Handle client check-ins, payments, and intake paperwork Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front office Provide general administrative support to counselors and leadership Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information Assist with weekend coverage as needed Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (required) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to handle sensitive topics with professionalism Comfortable administering drug tests and working with at-risk populations Positive, team-oriented attitude with a desire to grow within the organization Must be reliable, punctual, and organized Preferred Experience (a plus, but not required) Sales, customer service, or client-facing roles Marketing, social media, or branding knowledge Familiarity with AI tools or tech platforms Bilingual skills (especially Spanish) Why Work with Us?
