Veterinary Receptionist Position Available In Henry, Georgia

Veterinary Receptionist Lake Dow Animal Hospital 1938 Highway 81 East, McDonough, GA 30252 Lake Dow Animal Hospital is a small animal clinic located in suburban McDonough, GA. We are in search for a full-time veterinary receptionist to join our team. Our hours are Monday

• Friday 8am to 5:30pm and Saturday 8:30am to 12 pm.

We are closed Sundays and major holidays. Our full time position includes 4 weekdays and a rotating Saturday schedule. Experience in the veterinary field or other medical area is preferred. Job is in person, must have reliable transportation to and from work each day. This is a fast-paced work environment that requires applicants to be able to handle multiple tasks at once. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone in a friendly and professional manner.
• Schedule appointments and manage the veterinary clinic’s calendar efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of patient information and appointments.
• Handle payments and billing for veterinary services.
• Assist veterinary staff with animal handling and restraint as needed.
• Keep reception area clean and organized.
• Utilize veterinary terminology to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
