Position Overview:
The Front Desk Associate is the first point of contact for our members and visitors. You will provide exceptional service by greeting members, answering questions, assisting with memberships and transactions, maintaining a clean and organized front desk area, and supporting the overall operations of the facility.
Responsibilities:
Greet all members and guests with a warm, professional attitude. Handle check-ins, membership sales, and renewals. Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide accurate information about the club’s offerings. Process point-of-sale transactions (smoothies, retail, etc.). Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area. Assist with membership inquiries, tours, and sign-ups. Enforce gym policies and ensure a safe environment for members. Support daily operations including opening and closing procedures.
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience preferred. Energetic, friendly, and professional demeanor. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and ability to learn point-of-sale and membership software. Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain after hire).
