Hotel Front Desk Receptionist Home2 Suites – Warner Robins Warner Robins, GA Do you have a passion for service and love to put a smile on people’s faces? You’ll welcome guests, manage their account information, and ensure they have everything they need for an exceptional stay. Compensation:

$12 hourly

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and questions about guests’ needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests Communicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are ready Handle customer complaints as necessary Perform regular bookkeeping duties: make sure hotel guest information is current and correct Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card information

Qualifications:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferred Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills Must be able to stand for long periods of time About Company Our mission statement is simple: To raise the bar on what relationships, reputation, and returns mean in hospitality.
