Front Desk Reports to: Alethea Tinkle CEO Based at: Bella By Alethea Inc Job purpose : To maintain a consistent schedule flow for all technicians at Bella. Provide excellent customer care by checking in and out, scheduling, and giving service/product recommendations. As well as light Executive Assistant.

• This position is open for our Buckhead and Alpharetta location
• Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
• Admin & Client Coordinator
• Schedule Client Appointments using Mind Body
• Answer Phones
• Check Clients Out & Reschedule Next Appointment
• Restock Retail Shelves
• Maintain & Manage Client Wait List
• Confirm Appointments via Confirmation Calls & Emails
• Open & Closing Spa Duties; Cash Drawer Count, Vacuum, Batch Out
• Setting Clients Up & Timing Laser Hair Removal Treatments
• Manage Paper Goods Inventory
• Check the “Duty Check Off” Sheet, Reminding Staff of Responsibilities if not Completed
• Consulting & Selling packages & retail
• Assist Clients with Questions About Services/Products (see “best sellers cheat sheet”)
• Occasional Report & Document Design
• Light Executive Assistant Duties; Picking up Supplies, Grabbing Lunch, Making Calls, Post Office etc.
