Providing excellent Customer Service to the customers of Paws Humane Veterinary Clinic Essential Job Functions Answer all incoming calls to the Veterinary Clinic Return voicemails and messages from customers Schedule clinic appointments Maintain clean and organized reception work area. Function calmly in situations that require a high degree of sensitivity, tact, and diplomacy Provide excellent customer service and exercise friendly, helpful interaction with the public, always projecting a positive attitude and image at Paws Humane Society. Possess a clear understanding and adhere to standard operating procedures and the policies and procedures of the Veterinary Clinic Department and Paws Humane Society. Be punctual for scheduled shifts, and maintain a neat, well-groomed appearance. Must work efficiently, with attention to detail, and demonstrate initiative, motivation, creativity, and enthusiasm for the position and Paws Humane Society. Follow the directives of the department manager and perform duties responsibly. Engage with volunteers consistently, communicating professionally and respectfully.
