Day shift only

Weekly Hours:

20 hours or more (average)

Payment:
Weekly Responsibilities:

Greet and assist pet owners and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to inquiries. Handle check-ins and check-outs of pets for boarding and grooming services. Maintain accurate records and ensure the completion of necessary paperwork. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth operation. Provide general administrative support as needed. Basic “housekeeping” duties.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service or receptionist roles is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office equipment. Passion for animals and a strong commitment to their well-being.
