• Duties include, but are not limited the following: Welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business, and announce visitors to appropriate personnel Retrieve messages from voice mail and forward to appropriate personnel Answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of callers, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department Take and deliver messages or transfer calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable Monitor visitor access To be successful, the person that fills this role will possess the following skills and/or qualifications: A friendly and welcoming approach Excellent customer service Ability to remain calm in a very busy environment Ability to work independently Excellent interpersonal skills, including a pleasant telephone manner Good team working skills Interested individuals should apply in person, Monday – Thursday, from 11:00 a.
