The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support and administrative assistance. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming calls, ensuring proper phone etiquette while directing calls to appropriate personnel. Schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively to optimize time for staff and clients. Maintain accurate filing systems for both physical and digital documents. Provide administrative support including data entry, correspondence, and document preparation. Assist with customer inquiries, providing information about services offered. Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial record keeping as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations. Qualifications Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred. Familiarity with dental office procedures is a plus but not required.
