Position Summary:
We’re seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Spa Coordinator to be the welcoming face of Serenity. You’ll set the tone for our client experience while ensuring daily operations run smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, professional, and thrives in a calm, organized atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients warmly and manage check-ins and check-outs Answer phone calls, respond to voicemails, and assist with scheduling Review daily schedule and confirm client forms and payment methods on file Maintain front desk cleanliness and presentation Perform morning opening tasks to get the Spa ready for the day: Responsible for all laundry and restock products as needed Support a serene, professional environment with clear communication and grace
Requirements:
Previous experience in a spa, salon, or hospitality setting preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Friendly, professional demeanor and appearance Reliable and punctual with a team-oriented attitude Comfort with technology and point-of-sale systems Interest in wellness and customer service
