Pleasant Paws Inn Monroe, a premier dog boarding and daycare facility, is seeking a dynamic Front Desk Associate to join our passionate team. Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients with enthusiasm, answer inquiries, and manage check-in/check-out processes for boarding and daycare services. Handle phone calls, emails, and scheduling appointments with accuracy and professionalism. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, lobby, and other facility spaces as needed. Assist with light facility tasks, such as walking dogs to play areas, restocking supplies, or supporting staff during busy periods. Process payments, manage bookings, and update client records using our management software. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and resolving concerns promptly. Support the team with ad-hoc tasks to ensure a seamless operation (e.g., helping with feeding, cleaning, or playtime supervision when needed).

Friendly, approachable, and able to build rapport with clients while handling busy moments with grace.
Team Player:
Willing to collaborate with staff and support various tasks to keep our facility running smoothly.
Tech-Savvy:
Basic computer skills for scheduling, record-keeping, and communication.
Experience:

Schedule & Hours:
This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Hours may range from 15-30 hours per week to start, with the potential to earn full-time hours (30-40 hours) based on performance, availability, and business needs. Please note that the initial training period for this position will take place at our current facility, located at 2325 Main Street E. Snellville, GA. This location is approximately 28 minutes from our new facility at 511 N Broad St. Monroe, Ga., where you will be primarily based after training.
