Primary duties:

Greet and check in clients Answer phones and schedule appointments accordingly Collect and record new client information Update, receive and send patient records Check clients out and handle monetary transactions Refill medications Send off lab work appropriately Maintain lobby cleanliness Requirements Positive Attitude Basic Computer Skills Ability to multitask/ stay organized Phone etiquette Customer service skills Veterinary terminology and vaccine knowledge (are a bonus) Time management skills
