What You’ll Do:

Greet clients and their furry companions with kindness and professionalism Schedule appointments and help keep our clinic running smoothly Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Answer phone calls and assist with general inquiries Process payments and handle medical billing Support the team with light animal handling when needed Keep the front desk area tidy, welcoming, and well-stocked Educate clients about pet care and clinic services Assist with product inventory and restocking

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience in the veterinary or animal care field Excellent communication and multitasking skills Friendly, calm, and professional under pressure Knowledge of veterinary terminology, procedures, or medications is a plus Experience in customer service and working with diverse clients Confidence in safely handling pets of all sizes and temperaments Knowledge of veterinary practices, terminology, or medications. 3+ years of experience in a veterinary or animal care setting Bonus Skills (Nice to Have): Experience with pet grooming or kennel operations Understanding of aseptic technique and veterinary protocols Familiarity with veterinary emergency or critical care situations
