Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our client’s office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately
- Manage incoming mail and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and office equipment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
