Full Job Description Receptionist/Runner Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Receptionist/Runner. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment while providing excellent customer service. Additionally, this role requires flexibility and efficiency in handling various runner tasks to support overall operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and a friendly demeanor. Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately. Handle administrative tasks such as managing schedules, filing, and data entry. Run errands as needed, including deliveries and pickups within the local area. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Provide support to other departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Assist with inventory management or stocking when required.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Able to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for runner duties. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus. Previous experience in a receptionist or similar role is preferred but not required.
