Receptionist Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused and highly driven full-time Receptionist. The Receptionist is the first impression of our dealership, both on the phone and in person. This person needs to be a multi-tasker who is organized, detail-oriented, and highly enthusiastic! This job requires an outgoing personality with a high interest in assisting our guests and being attentive to their needs. The ideal candidate must present themselves with a professional, business image and must interact with guests & fellow associates with courtesy. The receptionist will work a shift between the hours of 7 AM & 7 PM, Monday – Saturday. Specific schedule details will be addressed during the interview process. Candidates with flexible availability are most desirable. Starting salary will be $14+ DOE.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
(including but not limited to) Present a professional, business image as the “face” of our dealership at all times. Understand and execute responsibilities as outlined in the receptionist handbook Promptly greet all guests with a smile & welcoming attitude Receive visitors, obtain names and nature of business Direct clients to lounge or refer clients to appropriate personnel Ensure every guest receives the highest level of professionalism & customer service Efficiently operate multi-line switchboard to relay incoming, outgoing and inter-office calls Access guest information using computer software Make change for all cash transactions & maintain cash drawer with accuracy Prepare a daily cashier balance of service repair orders to reconcile with accounting Possess strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task Perform clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, light computer/data entry, and filing Maintain cleanliness of customer lounge Clean & stock guest’s snack area with refreshments frequently Clean small kitchen area & maintain stock in refrigerator daily Maintain honesty and integrity while performing all job duties Adhere to all company policies, procedures and codes of conduct This job requires “people” skills and a genuine desire to serve our guests. A professional vocal tone, a polite & positive attitude, punctuality, willingness to be a true “team” member, strong verbal skills and a cheery disposition are essential to this position. QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS A
valid, unrestricted driver’s license (you must be insurable) Maintain a clean, acceptable, safe driving record Must be able to pass pre-employment screening requirements which include a drug screen, a background check, and a Motor Vehicle Report Be able to read and comprehend instructions and information in the English language Ability to work with multiple computer programs
