You care about a friendly and customer service attitude to help and support residents and family members. You are a team player and want to work with other team players. What You’ll be Doing To answer the phone and transfer calls. Greet guests, employees, and vendors. Assist residents with phone calls. Check agency time slips. What If We Just Described You? Must have receptionist experience in a nursing home or relevant experience.
