What you will be doing:

You’ll be responsible for a variety of human resources and wellness duties in compliance with Department of Labor (DOL) and Management & Training Corporation (MTC) directives.

Essential functions:

Maintain records and files, and appropriate office supplies. Provide follow up correspondence to applicants and agencies regarding employment status. Perform a variety of secretarial and clerical duties, including dictation and transcription of correspondence, reports, and other documents. Receive telephone calls and visitors; tactfully refer them to proper individual if administrator is not available. Maintain a calendar of events, schedules, and appointments. Create weekly intake lists for providers and assist with intake procedures.

Education and Experience Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent. One (1) year of related experience or training and, computer proficiency in a medical office setting preferred. Valid driver’s license in the state of work with an acceptable driving record required.
