Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing a positive first impression. Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel. Manage scheduling and calendar management for appointments and meetings. Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records. Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism. Provide customer support by addressing client questions and concerns promptly. Support dental or medical staff as needed, including managing patient records in a confidential manner. Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial record keeping when necessary. Skills Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail. Excellent customer support abilities, ensuring client satisfaction. Proficient in clerical tasks such as filing and data management. Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus. Effective calendar management skills to coordinate appointments efficiently. Strong phone etiquette to communicate professionally with clients and colleagues. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing individual responsibilities effectively.
