Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Receptionist for our client located in St. Rose, Louisiana. This role offers an opportunity to support daily operations while ensuring a welcoming and organized office environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, personable, and skilled in managing multiple tasks efficiently. This is a short-term contract to full time employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
- Organize, file, and maintain important documents to support efficient office operations.
- Scan and digitize physical documents for easy access and storage.
- Perform accurate data entry to maintain records and databases.
- Schedule and manage appointments, ensuring coordination across relevant parties.
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and callers, addressing inquiries with professionalism.
- Compose and respond to email correspondence in a timely and efficient manner.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to complete daily tasks efficiently.
