The Front Office Specialist contributes to administration of care management. Provides non-clinical support to the assessment and evaluation of members’ needs and requirements to achieve and/or maintain optimal wellness state by guiding members/families toward and facilitate interaction with resources appropriate for the care and wellbeing of members.
CenterWell is seeking a Front Office Specialist, you are the first impression of the center. You will wee patients and coordinate front-desk activities. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality. The Bilingual Front Office Specialist receives and correctly routes iing and outgoing telephone calls and amodates visitors so that all callers/visitors are attended to promptly, courteously, and accurately.

Required Qualifications
One year experience in a patient-facing or customer facing position within a medical office or healthcare setting.
Familiarity with care and well-being resources, or ability to research and obtain information
Excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
Willing to travel to nearby clinics to help when needed.
Preferred Qualifications
1 plus years of experience in a Physician office setting
Experience with EMR’s
Knowledge of medical terminology
Experience with Senior population
Working hours: Will be between the hours of 8:00am-5pm Mon-Fri
Additional Information
This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana/Senior Bridge’s Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.
