Veterinary Receptionist Southern Pearl Veterinary Hospital 59026 Pearl Acres Road, Slidell, LA 70461 We are searching for an organized and empathic veterinary receptionist to join our team!
Veterinary Receptionist Responsibilities:
Greeting and welcoming clients and patients Answering telephone calls Scheduling appointments using our designated software. Issuing invoices for treatment and prescribed medication Receiving and verifying payments Keeps appointment flow running smoothly, ensures teamwork and considerate communication Keeps reception area clean and organized throughout the day, ensure client bathroom is kept clean, and assists in the end of day cleaning wherever needed Ensures clients have all Rx and questions answered before checking them out; goes over invoice and double checks Rx medication

Full-time Pay:
$10.00 – $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
