Front Desk Associate (Nights & Weekends) Potency LLC Pittsfield, MA 01201 Potency is looking for a Front Desk Associate to join our team, the ideal candidate will be happy working night and weekend shifts which typically run from 3:45PM – 10:00PM. Job Summary As a Front Desk Associate at Potency, this entry level position is ideal for anyone with a superb attention to detail, great interpersonal skills and someone who is looking to move up in the company and take on additional duties over time. The position will be customer facing in a retail setting and as such is focused on sales and customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to compliantly and efficiently check in customers to our location. Verifying ID’s is a core component of this and ensuring every ID is valid and every customer is of legal age is of the utmost importance. The majority of your shift will be spent in the intake booth, interacting with customers, seated behind a computer, checking ID’s, auditing our menu and completing any other tasks assigned by management to fill downtime. This may include cleaning, shoveling, responding to customer inquiries, answering the phone or anything else deemed reasonable. We ask that you are reliable, great with people, have your own reliable transportation and are comfortable with all the aforementioned job duties. We do our best to ensure consistent schedules whenever possible, but this is a dynamic retail setting and as such things can change based on the needs of the business at a given time. Job Duties & Responsibilities Verify Customers are of legal age to enter the building through use of manual and technology assisted ID reviews. Perform menu audits during downtime. Complete cleaning and basic store maintenance tasks in downtime. Other Requirements Ensure self and uniform clothing are clean and professional Extended time sitting, walking, bending, and reaching is possible Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds for a distance of 50 feet Must pass stringent state background check requirements Minimum of 21 years of age required by law Possess valid driver’s license or state ID card Ability to reliably work both nights and weekends. Comfortable working night shifts and or weekend shifts

Qualifications Education:

High School or equivalent
